Bored

I’m getting bored of this photoblogging thing… I’m scraping the barrel of photos I’ve taken over the year for posting and I’m soon going to run out. I’ve got a lot of new ideas but very little time (or enthusiasm) for taking more shots. I’m hoping that I’ll feel inspired to take new shots over the short Christmas break.

Toothbrush

I’ll be honest here… I DO judge books by their covers, if the cover looks good, I’ll pick it up, have a flick through, read the blurb and that’ll be the decider on whether I’ll read it or not. Same with toothbrushes 🙂 – I buy ones that look good to me… I wonder if anyone else does…

Wildflowers

I love Wildflowers… if I owned a huge field and could be bothered to… I’d fill it with wildflowers.. 🙂

Street Food

I love Wahaca, great mexican food (although I’ve never been to Mexico so cannot really judge).  They have this lovely little street van in Covent Garden which was perfectly set to be photographed. I spent the last week in Denmark which is without doubt the most expensive country I’ve ever visited! Still, it presented me with lots of photos that I now have to process… 😀

Not traffic lights

Wow.. finally a summery weekend… lovely. Took the family on a surprise trip to the Isle of Wight this weekend and what a great place it is. An amazing amount of things to do considering the place is so small. Nice to finally see the sun shining… 🙂

The photo below is based upon an idea I found on Flickr… or somewhere else. It’s not perfect, and I can see how to improve it but.. ah… there you go…

Paperclips

I love that today is Sunday and I still have another day off work 🙂  Below is a rather strange photo I took for a competition in which we were encouraged to try something a bit different so, I pushed the colour as much as I could 😀
