Over the past three years that I’ve been at my house, we’ve slowly been tidying up the monstrosity of a small garden that we have. Removing the weeds (an annual task but diminishing each year), filling in the fish pond (we have young kids and both fish were placed in a happier place), and making it prettier. These are some of the plants in my garden… finally, it’s starting to become pretty.
Have a great week… 🙂

It seems to be some sort of weird trend to make buildings look like boat sails and then charge a large premium to let people live in them. Dubai, Lisbon.. I’m sure there’s more. Still, they look quite interesting to me. Here’s a few photos of a couple of expensive places in Lisbon.

These beautiful lavender flowers, I’ve very pleased to say, are growing beautifully in my garden. I need to get more! My aim is to create a nice little place for the bees and butterflies to come, eat, thrive and be photographed 😀
Have a great week. 🙂

Last week, the kids and I took a long walk to find a bluebell field. I’d been told about a patch in the woods which were filled with Bluebells. We walked, and walked and finally arrived at the field. All we found was 2 pinkbells, not a single bluebell. Found out from a passing dogwalker that they had been present, and was amazing, four weeks prior. At that time, I was in Richmond park where this photo was taken. 🙂
Have a great week.
