Merry Christmas

December 25, 2010

As you can see, I’ve taken a Christmas break from blogging… been off work for the past week, and will be off for the next week and am taking the opportunity to relax and spend some time with the kids, watching movies together and doing Christmas craft things. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas break. πŸ™‚

In Search of the Perfect Corona

December 10, 2010

I’m still in my making a mess and photographing it phase. During my time off this Christmas, I plan to make a mess as I work on this type of photography. πŸ˜‰

Have a great weekend… πŸ™‚

The Great Divide

December 9, 2010

This was taken at the beach, around 2 years ago, I believe. I have no idea why but, I thought the strange angle make an interesting photo and then, I abused it in photoshop. Still, I like the result.

The Golf Course

December 8, 2010

This was taken a while back, one cold foggy morning in my local park. Β Yes, the sky is burnt out, no, I don’t care. πŸ™‚ (and no… I don’t play golf)

Christmas Decorations

December 7, 2010

This past weekend, we put up the Christmas tree. The red bear in the middle, we had him on our tree when I was a kid so, it’s quite nice that he’s still being wheeled out every December to do what he does best. πŸ™‚

After the Snow

December 6, 2010

Well, we’ve had snow this past week, not very much where I live but, even a little, in England, is too much. Anyway, now it’s all cleared up, here’s Β a post snow, foggy day picture. πŸ™‚

Blue Swirl

December 3, 2010

Another light painting photograph… I think it’s time to try doing some more of these πŸ™‚

Have a great weekend.

This way Up

December 2, 2010

Today is my 10th wedding anniversary. πŸ™‚ I still can’t believe that I’m lucky enough to have found the someone I wanted to marry, to have gotten married and to have two wonderful little boys. I’ve been very fortunate and for that I’m very thankful.

Today’s photograph is book related which allows me to link to two blogs, fistly Michelle’s (Mrs. Me)Β blog which was recently awarded the accolade of being one of the 10 top teenage literature blogs Β and secondly to another friend, Asamum who also has an amazing book related blog.

Spinning Around

Lovely colourfulness.

Before I forget, and because I’ve just remembered, Helen at Helenography is doing a fun photo project, where she’s inviting people to send in 2 photographs; one for love and one for loathe. If you’ve not already taken part, please check it out.
