Changing Lights

August 11, 2010

I took this photo over the weekend at London Zoo. (I know… very strange but they have some art installations). I guess I could have done a better job with a tripod but, I’m too shy to take it out in public. 🙂

  1. Real nice Nigel. Gives the feel that these are falling from the sky. I like the depth on this shot too.

  2. Thanks. I loved this installation, I presume it’s fibre optic since it slowly changed colours.

  3. I like this very much. Intriguing image. I know what you mean about not wanting to draw attention to yourself in public! I’m the same way. 🙂

    • Sometimes I feel a little awkward just using the SLR, let alone a tripod 🙂

  4. Lovely – streaks of light dropping from the sky (a bit like meteors)!

I’m exactly the same about taking photos in public places…but getting better. Just a suggestion here: You might feel less in-yer-face with a monopod…or a gorillapod???

  5. I’m a little bit scared of the gorillapod 😀
