Waterfall

January 29, 2012

This is a strange photo for me. It’s a waterfall that I photographed and posted when I started this blog but back then I processed it in black and white. This time I’m leaving it in colour and that, for me, is strange. A friend of mine recently bought a new camera so I took him to this park to get to know his camera better. Waterfall photography, I believe is perfect for learning about ISO, Aperture and all the things I’ve yet to read about in a book :)

As always, have a great weekend.. :)

Hooked on Canon

July 2, 2010

A  year ago I purchased a Canon EOS 450D. I was adamant at the time that one lens was enough. I was so wrong about that. I own two lenses now, Canon 18-135 and Canon 55-250. I’m just about to purchase a macro lens and am debating about which one to go for. Then I want to get an ultra wide lens, and I’m thinking, I need a good flash as well now. I don’t sell pictures, I’m very much an amateur.

What I have learnt in this past year is, buying a camera is (presumably) equivalent to taking drugs. Once you have one, you want to buy and consume more and more. It’s an addiction and there’s always something more to buy for it.
